About KAIKA
KAIKA (kaika.agency) is a growth agency for crypto and iGaming, built on organic social. UGC, influencers and KOLs, streamers and clipping, across TikTok, Instagram and X. Four years in, we've run campaigns for Phantom, Solana, Kraken, Robinhood and Jito. We move fast, we post at volume, and we get judged on deposits, FTDs and CPM. Not likes. Not follower counts.
The role
You run our creator bench across crypto and iGaming. KOLs on X, creators on TikTok and Instagram, and streamers on Kick and Twitch. You find them, sign them, keep them shipping and prove what they drove. You judge creators on deposits and FTDs, not follower counts. A 20k account that converts beats a 2M account that doesn't, and you can show why.
You report to Kat, our COO.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing: find and vet KOLs, influencers and streamers by client, market and platform. Check audience geo, language, real engagement, fake followers and audience age.
- Negotiating: agree rates, deliverables and deal structure (flat fee, CPA, rev share or hybrid). Run agreements and payments.
- Managing: onboard creators, brief them with the Content Strategist, review drafts, run stream schedules and giveaway mechanics, and chase deliverables.
- Tracking: set up links and codes before launch. Keep the roster tracker live: deliverables, views, clicks, registrations, FTDs and cost per FTD by creator.
- Optimising: scale the creators who convert, cut the ones who don't, and recruit the next cohort before the current one fatigues.
- Network: grow and look after KAIKA's creator network. We already have a big one. Your job is to make it work harder.
- Compliance: licence and geo checks, ad disclosures, and no creators with a significant under-18 audience on gambling campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years managing influencers, KOLs or streamers in crypto or iGaming, with deals and results you can show
- You know X crypto culture, TikTok and Instagram creators, and Kick and Twitch streaming inside out
- Strong negotiator. You know what a creator should cost and when to push for CPA
- Numbers-first. You think in cost per FTD, not cost per post
- Managed 20+ creators at once without dropping anything
Nice to have
- Your own network of KOLs, creators or streamers. A plus, not a must: KAIKA already has a large network
- Experience with affiliate tracking (Everflow, MyAffiliates or similar) and creator analytics tools
- Spanish, Portuguese or another language for LATAM or other local markets
- Knowledge of iGaming licensing and geo rules
